REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately refunds do not apply to the following goods: Digital goods: ebooks and audiobooks. These are instant downloads.

(in the future) For any audiobooks, there will be a Soundcloud sample. You will be able to listen to it first to see if you like it.

Please choose carefully.
Refunds only given if you buy a duplicate item within 48 hours of first purchase in which case the duplicate item will be refunded.

Refunds for physical goods.

There is no returns for changing your mind. Returns are given for faulty or damaged items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving item (according to the tracking).

For refund queries, please email orders@angelrayne.com within 7 days of receiving your product (according to the tracking). Please "returns" in the subject line and include your name, order number, and reason for return, and photographs of faulty item in your email. If item is faulty, we will refund or resend your goods - your choice.  I want you to be happy!
